We partner with ambitious SaaS startups to help them design, validate and scale digital products. Rather than jumping from project to project, we embed ourselves alongside founders and product teams, becoming a trusted design partner throughout their journey. We're a fully remote team working across the UK, Europe and beyond. We value autonomy over presenteeism, outcomes over hours, and thoughtful collaboration over unnecessary process. We're looking for a Product Designer who enjoys solving meaningful product problems, working directly with founders, and shaping products from strategy through to polished implementation. This isn't a role where you'll simply receive tickets to complete. You'll help define problems, influence product direction, challenge assumptions and create experiences that have a measurable impact on both users and businesses. What you'll do Partner directly with founders, product managers and engineering teams to uncover user problems and define product direction. Facilitate discovery sessions, workshops and research to understand customer needs and business goals. Translate complex challenges into simple, intuitive user experiences. Create wireframes, user flows and rapid prototypes to validate ideas early. Design polished, accessible interfaces and scalable design systems in Figma. Work closely with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation and exceptional user experience. Balance multiple client engagements while maintaining a consistently high standard of work. Mentor and collaborate with other designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing. Contribute to improving our internal processes, design standards and product thinking. What we're looking for Significant experience designing complex B2B SaaS products across web and mobile. Strong product thinking and the ability to connect user needs with commercial outcomes. Confidence working directly with clients and leading design conversations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Exceptional visual design and interaction design skills. A meticulous eye for detail and a high bar for quality. Expert-level Figma proficiency, including component libraries, design systems and prototyping.
