We currently have the following opportunity: Primary Support Worker (Fixed Term until 31 December 2026) - PKC14003£9,637 - £10,153 (15 Hours per week, Term-time only)Aberuthven Primary School At Aberuthven Primary School, we are looking for a Primary Support Worker to provide excellent support to our pupils, particularly those with Additonal Support Needs. The Primary Support Worker would provide support to enable pupils to engage with their learning by adopting our school nurturing and restorative ethos. We are looking for someone who will plan alongside all other Staff members, Pupils and Parents to deliver excellent support as part of a team. To trial, change and apply a variety of support strategies to meet the needs of learners in a kind and caring manner. Our successful applicant will carry out related activities and developments following local, national and school policies and under the direction of the Headteacher. Please note, we are currently unable to offer sponsorship for this post.Skills & Experience RequiredAberuthven Primary School are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our School 'Family' who will have a love of working with our learners, staff, parents and members of our local community. We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate experience (paid/voluntary) of supporting children and young people with additional support needs.   A genuine interest in the development of children and their wellbeing is essential and the important qualities are empathy, patience and an ability to engage with children and young people. Sensitivity is also required when dealing with any care routines and to respect confidentiality at all times.
