Connect Appointments is recruiting Parcel Sorters to join an established parcel distribution business based in Newbridge on a temporary ongoing basis.Our client operates a busy parcel sorting facility, offering a choice of night shift or back shift across a 5-days-out-of-7 working pattern.What's on offer?Ongoing temporary position - 35 hours per weekChoice of two shifts: Night shift: 3am to 11:30amBack shift: 3pm to finish12.71 per hour - paid weeklyFull training providedAs a Parcel Sorter, your duties will include:Loading and unloading delivery vans accurately and efficientlyPicking and transporting customer orders within the warehouseEnsuring all loaded and unloaded items match relevant paperworkReporting any damaged or missing items to supervisorsMaintaining a clean and tidy warehouse environmentTo be considered as a Parcel Sorter, you will need:Good physical fitness due to the manual nature of the rolePrevious experience in a warehouse or fast-paced environment is advantageous - full training providedStrong teamworking skills and the ability to work effectively under limited supervisionInterested in this Parcel Sorter role?
