What you will do
- Deliver one-to-one housing advice and interventions for men on probation or in custody who are due for release into the community.
- Conduct comprehensive housing needs assessments to identify support requirements and develop structured housing intervention plans.
- Engage actively with Camau service objectives to prevent homelessness, improve housing options, and achieve project targets.
- Contribute actively to team objectives and service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, landlords, Registered Social Landlords, and support agencies while ensuring accommodation meets health and safety standards.
