This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished, poised, client-services orientated individual with 1+ year of Reception/Admin experience who is seeking an opportunity to join a well-established and reputable firm. We’re looking for a candidate who is passionate about delivering a seamless, high-quality front-of-house experience and who wants to contribute positively to a collaborative office culture. What You'll Do This role is all encompassing, responsibilities include but are not limited to: Managing the front desk and greeting all guests and visitors Answering and routing incoming calls Coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and guest logistics Handling mail, deliveries, and office supplies Supporting internal events and office operations Providing backup support to the Office Manager Who You Are 1+ years of receptionist or administrative experience Professional, personable, and highly organised Strong communication skills and ability to multitask Comfortable using Microsoft Office Experience in a corporate or financial services environment is a plus!
