We are recruiting a Female Waking Night Support Workers to join our service in Ashford, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. About the Service: Orchard House Orchard House is a small, friendly home which provides care and support for up to 10 people with learning and physical disabilities. The age of the service users are 31 to 66. They support 2 females and 8 males in this service. The service users at Orchard House have different needs. They support people with autism, epilepsy, mental health needs, angelmans syndrome, as well as people wheelchair bound. There is easy access to public transport, regular busses which stop 50 yards from the service. There is also onsite parking and it is close to the international train station as well as local shops. The Role You will: Deliver person-centred support in line with individual support plans Assist with daily living skills and personal care where required Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing Support activities, appointments, and community access
