Senior Support Worker - The Mallards, King's Lynn, Norfolk. Salary: £14.03 per hour. Contract: 35 hours per week (various shifts available to suit your lifestyle). Rated Good by the CQC, The Mallards is a welcoming residential home in King's Lynn, supporting up to 11 adults with a range of learning disabilities, including autism. Our residents enjoy active, fulfilling lives - from trips to the cinema, beach, shops, swimming, and gym, to arts and crafts, cycling, and garden activities within the home. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in leading, mentoring, and supporting our team to provide the highest quality of care.
