Administrative Assistant – US Law Firm We’re looking for a bright and organised Administrative Assistant who is passionate about building a long-term career within executive support at a major US law firm. In this role, you’ll provide high level administrative assistance across events, pitching, marketing communications and CRM, providing a seamless service to lawyers, external clients and key stakeholders. Competitive salary Outstanding employee benefits Free on-site meals and coffee shop daily Stunning offices in a sought-after location Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities: Prepare, format and proofread documents, presentations, reports and correspondence to a consistently high standard Create and maintain files, spreadsheets, schedules and other administrative materials Manage diaries, schedule meetings and coordinate room bookings Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodation Handle telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries professionally Process expenses and invoices, liaising with vendors and the Accounts Payable team Liaise with suppliers, contractors and global Business Development colleagues Conduct research, gather data and provide ad hoc administrative support to the team as required Administrative Assistant Skills & Requirements: Previous administrative experience gained within a law firm or professional services environment Strong academic background Advanced IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio Confident using online research tools and the internet to gather information Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
