We are currently looking for a part time Business Administrator to join a small Consultancy firm based in Liverpool Street. The hours are 9-6 and this will be paying £20-£25 hour. Initially this role will be two days a week which could increase, this is a temp to potential perm position. This role requires someone who has a good knowledge of Ms Office and who is outgoing / high energy. The role Format and standardise client-facing documents, including Statements of Work Management Information (MI) reports and coaching materials/session outputs Proofread documents for grammar, consistency and formatting accuracy Apply branding consistently across all outputs Produce first-draft case studies from content provided by the team File, Systems & Information Management Migrate and organise files from Dropbox into Microsoft Teams Maintain logical folder structures, naming conventions and version control The person Outgoing with high energy Strong Microsoft 365 skills: Word (formatting, templates, track changes), Excel (intermediate/ advanced data handling and tracking), PowerPoint (slide formatting) High attention to detail, particularly in proofreading and document formatting
