A boutique finance service client is looking for a team assistant and office coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Located in the heart of the city, the job looks for someone who is ready to jump into a professional, working environment, looking after multiple amenities with confidence. Job roles involves: front of house client greeting, office management, and IT assistance with a chance to support minor projects and assist with events that require occasional flexibility to support these, outside standard office hours opportunities. The individual should be prepared to work a minimum of 4 days per week in office and be prepared to provide support to the CEO during annual leave or absence of the EA. Key Responsibilities: A key point of contact for employees, visitors, suppliers and stakeholders Ability to take minutes, prepare agendas, arrange meeting coordination and travel arrangements as needed Professional, friendly and efficient manner Manage refreshments and catering for internal and external meetings Oversee general management of the office- managing office supplies, stock checks, liaising with suppliers and managing post and deliveries. Ability to prepare presentations, reports, meeting packs and business documentation. Act as first-line support for basic IT and technology queries and be prepared to resolve any major issues externally About You: Confident in Microsoft Office and business systems and comfortable providing IT support. Exposure to financial services and investment environments. Ability to work independently, take initiative and be professional and confident in communication with senior stakeholders and clients. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high quality work This role is office based, Monday to Friday 9-6pm
