Connect Appointments is recruiting a Press Brake Setter/Operator to join an established sheet metal fabrication business based in Livingston.Our client is a family-run precision sheet metal fabrication business, working across a broad range of materials and sectors - offering a varied, skilled role with modern equipment including AMADA press brakes.What's on offer?Full-time permanent positionMonday to Thursday, 7:30am to 5:30pm14.00 to 16.00 per - hour dependent on experienceAs a Press Brake Setter/Operator, your duties will include:Setting and operating press brake machinery to produce precision sheet metal componentsWorking across a range of materials including stainless steel, mild steel and aluminiumReading and interpreting technical drawings accurately to produce components to specificationCarrying out quality checks throughout production to maintain a high standard finishOperating a wide range of workshop machinery as requiredTo be considered as a Press Brake Setter/Operator, you will need:Proven experience setting and operating press brake machinery - AMADA experience is advantageousThe ability to read and interpret technical drawings accuratelyExperience working with stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium to a high standard finishA strong commitment to quality and health and safety standardsInterested in this Press Brake Setter/Operator role?
