What you will do
- Deliver engaging one-to-one sessions to support individual recovery journeys.
- Provide crucial harm reduction and overdose prevention advice.
- Manage and maintain a personal caseload effectively.
- Deliver Psychosocial Interventions (PSI) tailored to individual needs.
- Develop and review person-centred care plans and robust safety plans.
