We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in delivering recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions. The ability to manage a caseload effectively, providing both one-to-one support and facilitating group programmes, is essential. Experience in carrying out assessments, including risk and safeguarding considerations, is crucial. Strong partnership skills ensuring effective collaboration with external agencies is a must, alongside the confidence to work both independently and as part of a small team. What you will do:
- Deliver recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions to those in need, supporting their journey toward recovery.
- Manage a caseload effectively, providing structured one-to-one support alongside facilitating group programmes.
