On behalf of NatWest, we are looking for a Learning Administrator for a 3-month contract based in Manchester (hybrid working). NatWest is a major UK retail bank, providing every day banking services to over 17 million retail customers. The banks expertise and services span across Business Services, Corporate banking, Wealth Management, Group Functions, Retail and Investment Banking. Purpose of the Role: As a Learning Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering accurate and efficient learning administration services, supporting the management of learning activities through Workday and other HR systems, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring a seamless learning experience for employees across the organisation. What you'll do: Administer learning activities, including enrolment, scheduling, attendance tracking, and learner communications. Maintain and update learning records within Workday, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established processes. Support the delivery of learning programmes by coordinating workshops and managing associated administrative tasks. Produce and maintain learning reports, monitor training data, and resolve queries efficiently. Work collaboratively with stakeholders and colleagues to ensure learning processes are completed accurately and within agreed service levels. The skills you'll need: Proven experience administering HR systems, with strong hands-on knowledge of Workday. Excellent learning administration skills, including workshop enrolments and attendance management. Strong data management and reporting capabilities with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong process management skills with experience following and improving operational procedures. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to work.
