External Sales Manager – Lighting Components Midlands / South East / London | Remote-based | Competitive basic + commission + car allowance We are recruiting an External Sales Manager for a growing supplier of lighting components, control solutions and smart lighting technologies. The role covers the Midlands, South East and London, managing existing OEM accounts while developing new business with lighting manufacturers and project-focused customers. This is a field-based sales role for a proactive, commercially minded salesperson who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and promoting technical products into the lighting sector. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow existing lighting OEM accounts. Develop new business across the Midlands, South East and London. Promote lighting components, control systems and smart lighting solutions. Deliver customer presentations, product demonstrations and proposals. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and report progress against targets. Candidate Profile Sales experience within lighting, electrical components, controls or a related technical sector. Experienced with good OEM contacts Confident relationship builder with the ability to manage and develop key accounts. Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely and on the road.
