Social Worker - Duty Team - Adult Social Care - Leicestershire County Council

Our client, Leicestershire County Council, is seeking a Social Worker for its newly-formed Duty team in Adult Social Care. The role is likely to last up to 12 months. Paid at £34 per hour (umbrella). The role will involve the following: Undertaking a specialist duty role Taking the duty function out of the community / case management teams and turning it into a focused role Triage, risk assessment, threshold decisions, signposting etc. Covering the Charnwood area Working with older adults or adults with learning or physical disabilities or mental health conditions etc. – excellent opportunity to upskill Predominantly office-based role Please let me know if you are interested?
