Key Duties & Responsibilities for Front of House Supervisor The Role We are looking for an experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of our busy catering service. Key responsibilities include: Supervising front of house operations across breakfast and lunch services. Leading, motivating and supporting the front of house team. Delivering excellent customer service and resolving customer queries. Managing stock ordering, stock control and monthly stock checks. Operating and maintaining the coffee bar, including barista duties. Ensuring food safety, health & safety and company compliance standards are met. Completing operational paperwork and due diligence records. Supporting the Chef Manager in achieving operational and financial targets. What We're Looking For Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, catering or retail. Strong customer service and communication skills. Experience with cash handling and stock control. Barista experience desirable. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example. Why join us? Salary: £13.22 per hour (£27,573 per annum) Hours: 40 hours per week - No Late Nights Schedule working pattern Work on a 5 days out of 7 rota, including weekends and bank holidays as required by the business. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including: 07:00 - 15:30 09:00 - 17:30 Later shifts as business needs dictate All shifts include a 30-minute break.
