**MUST HAVE PRIVATE GP / HOSPITAL EXPERIENCE** We are seeking an exceptional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join a prestigious private medical practice renowned for delivering an outstanding level of care to a discerning clientele, including high-profile individuals, VIPs, celebrities, and international patients. This is a busy, fast-paced front-of-house role where professionalism, discretion, and impeccable attention to detail are essential. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and first-class experience from arrival through to departure. Key Responsibilities Providing a warm, professional, and polished welcome to patients and visitors Managing a busy reception desk and handling incoming calls and enquiries Coordinating appointments, diaries, and patient bookings Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative documentation Liaising with consultants, clinicians, and external providers Processing payments and managing confidential information with complete discretion Supporting the wider administrative team to ensure the smooth running of the practice Delivering exceptional customer service at all times About You Previous experience within private healthcare, medical reception, or healthcare administration would be highly advantageous Alternatively, candidates with strong administrative or customer-facing experience and a genuine passion for private healthcare will also be considered Exceptionally well-presented, articulate, and professional Bright, proactive, and highly organised Meticulous attention to detail with excellent accuracy Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining the highest standards Strong communication and interpersonal skills Naturally discreet with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Confident using Microsoft Office and practice management systems What's on Offer The opportunity to work within a highly respected private medical practice Exposure to a prestigious client base A supportive and professional team environment Excellent career development opportunities within the private healthcare sector Competitive salary and benefits package If you pride yourself on delivering exceptional service, thrive in a professional environment, and have a passion for healthcare, we would love to hear from you.
