Our client, a successful boutique business with an entrepreneurial culture and huge drive on sustainability, is looking for a bright and highly organised Office Coordinator / CRM Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role that will see you managing the CRM and client database, ensuring information is accurate and up to date, answering incoming calls, coordinating meetings, booking travel and providing day-to-day administrative support. You will also be a key point of contact for clients, so confidence, professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally detail-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should enjoy building relationships and be confident interacting with prestigious clients and senior stakeholders. Applicants must hold a strong degree from a leading university and have a genuine interest in joining a growing business where they can make an impact from day one. The role is fully office-based in London Bridge. This is a permanent role and salary depends on experience.
