Team Assistant (Maternity Contract) City of London Up to £48,000 Benefits completion bonus Tay Associates is partnering with a highly respected global organisation to recruit an experienced Team Assistant for a maternity Fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting senior leaders and wider business teams. The Role As Team Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of multiple teams, providing comprehensive administrative support, coordinating meetings and travel, managing events, and acting as a key liaison across the business. This role would suit a highly organised, proactive individual who enjoys working in a dynamic corporate environment and supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Managing busy and ever-changing diaries across multiple teams and senior stakeholders. Coordinating internal and external meetings, including room bookings, agendas and supporting documentation. Organising domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas and itineraries. Processing expenses and maintaining accurate administrative records. Supporting team projects, ensuring deadlines and priorities are effectively managed. Planning and coordinating team events, offsites, training sessions, client hospitality and conferences. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and acting as a key point of contact for administrative support. Assisting with office-wide initiatives and collaborating with wider support teams to deliver a seamless employee experience. About You Previous Team Assistant, Team Coordinator or PA experience within a corporate environment. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word. Experience coordinating travel, meetings and events. A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to work independently. Previous experience within financial services, insurance or a similarly fast-paced corporate environment would be highly advantageous.
