Job Title: Receptionist Location: Central Manchester Salary: £28,000 Type: Full time – 5 days in the office Hours: 9am-5:30pm I am working with a fantastic energy company in the heart of Central Manchester who are seeking a polished, personable and confident candidate to join their team in a Receptionist role. You will be meeting and greeting all guests, employees and clients so professionalism and hospitality is key! What you’ll do: Act as the first point of contact, meeting and greeting clients and visitors and creating a positive and professional environment Provide support to wider business support team Answering and handling calls on multiple lines Prepare meeting rooms and ensure communal areas are maintained to a high standard and office supplies stocked Ensuring office security is maintained Ad hoc assistance with booking flights, hotels, and general bookings for the staff Who you are: Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach Previous experience in a front of house role within hospitality or a professional environment Strong verbal and written communication skills with an excellent work ethic Highly organised and ability to manage multiple tasks at one time Ability to use Microsoft Office comfortably This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company and develop your skills within the administrative field.  If this sounds like a good match, apply now.
