HR Administrator | Immediate Start | Temporary Opportunity 2 - 3-months | London based hybrid Are you an organised HR professional looking for your next opportunity? We're recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive HR team on an immediate start basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration skills, a keen eye for detail, and previous experience supporting HR processes in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems. Prepare contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation. Process new starters, leavers and contractual changes. Manage HR inboxes and respond to routine employee queries. Support recruitment administration, including advertising vacancies, arranging interviews and completing pre-employment checks. Coordinate onboarding and induction activities. Prepare documentation for employee relations meetings and take accurate meeting minutes when required. Ensure confidential information is handled securely and in line with GDPR. What We're Looking For Previous HR administration experience. Knowledge of core HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration. Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. A proactive, professional approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
