We're looking for a bilingual Spanish and English-speaking SAP FICO AR Specialist to join a major finance transformation programme supporting global operations. What You'll Be Working On This isn't a traditional transactional AR position. You'll be combining day-to-day Accounts Receivable expertise with transformation-focused activities, helping improve processes, resolve complex issues, and support organisations moving towards more efficient finance operations. Your work will include: Managing customer accounts and receivables activities within SAP Analysing payment and billing issues to identify root causes Supporting collections and reducing aged debt exposure Driving account reconciliation activities Contributing to month-end close and reporting processes Working alongside finance, technology and operations teams across multiple countries Identifying process inefficiencies and helping implement improvements Supporting the evolution of SAP-driven finance processes What We're Looking For We're interested in professionals who combine technical SAP FICO knowledge with strong finance operations experience. You'll likely have: Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Order-to-Cash environments Hands-on SAP FICO knowledge Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English Strong reconciliation and dispute management skills Experience managing customer account queries Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams and regions A proactive, problem-solving mindset Bonus Points For SAP FICO SAP S/4HANA experience Esker knowledge Shared Services or Global Business Services experience Exposure to finance transformation programmes Lean, Continuous Improvement or process optimisation experience Why Consider This Opportunity?
