Job Description
We are working with a fast-growing equity derivatives brokerage building out its London sales trading capability. The team is expanding and is looking to add an additional Sales Trader to support structured client flow across European equity derivatives markets. This is a client-facing, ideas-driven sales trading role sitting closely with experienced brokers and traders, focused on delivering pricing, trade ideas and execution solutions across listed derivatives and related equity products. The Role You will sit on a highly commercial desk covering institutional clients and market participants, working daily with flow, volatility-driven opportunities and structured derivatives activity. The role has a strong emphasis on: Client interaction and relationship development Generating and communicating trade ideas Pricing and executing equity derivative flow Working closely with inter-dealer brokers and market makers Contributing to desk growth and franchise development What We Are Looking For We are specifically targeting individuals who are: 2–3 years post-university experience (first job completed or near completion) Currently working in a sales trading, equity derivatives, delta one or structured products environment Already client-facing or actively supporting client flow / pricing / idea generation Comfortable operating in fast-moving markets and responding to institutional client demand Looking for their second move into a more entrepreneurial, high-growth brokerage environment We are not looking for entry-level graduates or senior hires — this is a very specific “step-up” hire for someone already embedded in a trading desk environment.
