Electrical Design Engineer

South East London | Circa £350/day | Long-Term Contract | Outside IR35 

A Railway Infrastructure Contractor is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer to support the delivery of TfL / London Underground infrastructure projects across multiple projects in London.

You'll be involved in the design of electrical systems including containment, lighting, small power, cabling, earthing & bonding, and electrical circuitry, carrying out site surveys, electrical calculations, and producing installation designs in line with industry standards.

Essential Requirements

• Electrical Design Engineering experience within commercial or industrial projects
• Proficient with Amtech/Trimble
• 18th Edition
• Experience producing electrical calculations and installation designs

Desirable

• Dialux experience
• Railway, TfL, LU or Network Rail project experience
• Previous site-based background as an Electrician in the past would be advantageous but not essential

Please note: Candidates with purely domestic experience will not be considered.
