EA / Private PA – Fluent Italian £70,000 - £120,000 + benefits Supporting a Prominent Italian Family – Based in London An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced EA/Private PA to support the Principal of a prominent Italian family in a newly created London-based role. This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit international support team, working alongside long-standing assistants in Italy and Europe. The role combines high-level executive support with private and lifestyle management, requiring absolute discretion, exceptional judgement and a genuine service mindset. The successful candidate will become a trusted right hand, providing seamless support across both business and personal affairs while building strong relationships with an established team who have supported the Principal for many years. No two days will be the same. Duties will include: Complex diary and calendar management across multiple international time zones Supporting both business and private affairs with complete discretion Liaising with family offices, advisers, senior executives and external stakeholders Managing personal administration, appointments and lifestyle logistics Arranging luxury travel, hotels, restaurants and exclusive experiences Handling ad hoc personal requests, from sourcing gifts to arranging household and family requirements Acting as a key point of contact for the Principal while collaborating closely with long-standing assistants based in Europe Anticipating needs and resolving issues before they arise Providing calm, responsive support outside standard business hours when genuinely required The successful candidate will be emotionally intelligent, naturally discreet and genuinely enjoy providing exceptional support. You will have previous experience supporting an ultra-high-net-worth individual, entrepreneur, family office or senior executive, with a background that combines both EA and Private PA responsibilities. Native or fluent Italian, both written and spoken, is strongly preferred, together with a strong appreciation of Italian culture. You will possess outstanding organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and demonstrate complete integrity, honesty and discretion in everything you do. Calm under pressure and adaptable by nature, you will have a positive, unflappable approach and a warm, collaborative personality with no ego. Confident managing everything from complex executive support to everyday personal requests, you will also have an excellent knowledge of London, including luxury hotels, restaurants, lifestyle services and trusted suppliers. Above all, you will be flexible in your approach, with the willingness to provide occasional out-of-hours support when required.
