About the role:
Due to the continued success of our rail specialist at Vital, we are looking to hire a number of experienced 360 Consultants to join the team based in Salford. The role will be to support our client development across the UK, and you will be looking for roles across technical and non-technical ranging from management level to support roles.
Having worked and lead the way in rail recruitment since 1983, we have the best rail database to offer and a strong history of delivering into the UK's leading rail firms. We do not require you to have a rail sector background but we do need to have a proactive individual who is not afraid to go out on client sites on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new business opportunities and leverage existing relationships in a specific niche
• Generate new accounts/clients/opportunities and expand existing accounts
• Meet minimum sales targets in a given period
• Cross-sell additional services to existing clients
• Consistently behave in accordance with the Group’s SPIRIT values
• Maintain a high level of personal aspiration, self-motivation, and self-discipline to achieve individual and team goals.
• Continuously seek out knowledge and opportunities in the market and be perceptive to industry trends and developments.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge and strong connections/relationships within the market to facilitate effective recruitment.
• Uphold the highest level of integrity and professionalism in all communications with colleagues, customers, and candidates.
