Personal Assistant London NLC is a leading specialist fund finance asset manager and the largest independent non-bank lender in the fund finance market. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) who is looking to take the next step in their career and become a central part of our growing London team. This is a varied role combining high-quality executive support with responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of our office. You'll work closely with senior leaders, ensuring they are organised, prepared and able to focus on delivering for our clients, while creating a professional and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors. As NLC continues to grow, you'll play an important role in supporting the business, helping coordinate projects, events and operational activities that keep our team connected and running efficiently. For the right person, this role also offers the opportunity to gain exposure to People & Culture initiatives and develop towards a future People/HR Coordinator position as the business grows. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Executive Support Proactively manage complex diaries and changing priorities for senior leaders Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones Manage travel arrangements, itineraries and accommodation Prepare meeting packs, presentations and supporting documentation Process expenses and assist with invoices and other administrative tasks Act as a trusted point of coordination for internal and external stakeholders Front of House & Office Management Be the face of the London office, providing a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors Manage meeting rooms, hospitality and office facilities Coordinate office suppliers, maintenance and workplace services Oversee office supplies, equipment and general workplace organisation Support the planning and delivery of company events, client lunches and team activities Help create a positive, collaborative and engaging office environment Business Support Provide administrative support across the wider business as required Assist with internal communications and operational projects Support onboarding logistics for new joiners, including workspace preparation and welcome arrangements Continuously identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and ways of working WHAT MAKES A STRONG FIT We're looking for someone who: Has 1-3 years' experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or Office Manager role Is exceptionally organised with excellent attention to detail Thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment Takes ownership and enjoys solving problems proactively Is confident managing multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively at all levels Takes pride in creating an outstanding workplace experience Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys supporting others Has previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or Office Manager role Has an interest in developing their career within operations and, potentially, People & Culture Is happy to be in the London office 5 days pw
