The Role As a Graduate Executive Search Consultant, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and placing top-tier talent into leading organisations. From day one, you will gain exposure to high-level business conversations and develop specialist market expertise. Key responsibilities include: Conducting in-depth market research and mapping senior professionals across global markets Identifying and headhunting high-calibre candidates for key client mandates Building long-term relationships with candidates and clients Supporting senior consultants on live searches and client projects Writing candidate profiles and presenting shortlists to clients Developing a strong understanding of financial markets and industry trends What We’re Looking For We are looking for individuals with strong ambition, resilience, and a genuine interest in business and people.
