FLT Driver/ Warehouse Operative

Job Description: Forklift & Warehouse Operative About the Role We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Forklift & Warehouse Operative to join one of our clients busy warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation, and safety. As part of our warehouse operation, you'll play a vital role in ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched efficiently while supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Booking in deliveries from suppliers. Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock. Loading and unloading vehicles using a counterbalance forklift (where licensed). Preparing, wrapping, and palletising goods for dispatch. Organising and maintaining bulk storage areas. Picking and fulfilling internal stock requests accurately. Carrying out regular stock counts and assisting with stock movement. Completing daily warehouse and forklift safety checks. Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment. Following all Health & Safety procedures and company policies. Assisting with general warehouse duties as required. What We're Looking For Previous warehouse experience is desirable. A Counterbalance Forklift Licence Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. A positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
