Customer Service Administrator Bristol (Emersons Green area) £28,000 - £32,000 Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm | Friday: 9:00am-4:00pm I'm currently working with a growing business in Bristol that is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer interaction and problem-solving. The Role Acting as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email Handling complaints and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner Investigating queries and working to find effective solutions Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to support service delivery Processing customer information and maintaining accurate records Supporting general administration, including onboarding and account management What We're Looking For Previous experience in customer service and administration Strong complaint handling and objection-handling skills Confident telephone manner and ability to manage challenging conversations Highly organised with strong attention to detail Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team What's on Offer Salary of £28,000-£32,000 Early finish every Friday Opportunity to join a growing team with long-term progression If you're looking for a role where you can combine customer service, administration, and problem-solving, please apply or get in touch for more information.
