Successful What's on offer?Temporary-to-permanent positionMonday to Thursday, 5am startsFull training providedWorking as a Production Operative, your duties will include:Operating and cleaning assembly and production machineryMonitoring production and assembly lines throughout the shiftAccurately weigh and measure ingredients according to batch instructionsConducting basic testing and quality checks on productsStoring goods and raw materials safely and accuratelyReporting faulty machinery or production issues to supervisors promptlyPack, label, and prepare products for shipping and distributionMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production areaTo be successful in this Production Operative job, you will ideally have previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment - with previous food manufacturing experience a distinct advantageous. - but not essential as full training is provided.We're seeking people who have:Good concentration and strong attention to detailThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skills and a reliable, hardworking attitudeReliable, punctual, and a team player with a positive attitude.Interested?
