Join Our HR & Volunteering Programme Working Group This group will lead on creating, setting up and launching our volunteering programme — the systems, processes and people‑focused magic that will make SUNSHINE a place where volunteers feel valued, supported and inspired. You’ll meet monthly, share ideas, and help us build a volunteer journey that truly shines. What You’ll Be Doing Designing our volunteering programme from the ground up Creating a warm, inclusive and joyful volunteer experience Helping shape policies, onboarding, training and support Building the foundations of a positive, people‑centred HR approach Ensuring SUNSHINE becomes a charity where volunteers feel appreciated, connected and part of something special You don’t need to be an HR expert — just someone who cares deeply about people and wants to help create a brilliant volunteer community.
