Connect Appointments is recruiting a Sales Administrator to join an established fresh produce business based in Livingston.Our client operates a busy production and distribution facility, offering a varied, fast-paced administration role working alongside the sales, operations and QA teams - with full SAP training provided and an external transport training course included.What's on offer?Temporary to permanent opportunityWorking Sunday to Thursday on a two-week revolving shift pattern:Week One: Sunday and Monday, 6am to 4pm & Tuesday to Thursday, 6am to 3pmWeek Two: Sunday and Monday, 6am to 4pm & Tuesday to Thursday, 7am to 4pm12.75 per hour - paid weeklyFull training provided - SAP, scanning, transport and external transport course includedAs a Sales Administrator, your duties will include:Processing sales and production orders, pick notes, delivery notes and transport documentation through SAPManaging stock control and ordering of packaging, pallets and cratesLiaising with dispatch and arranging driver cover and store delivery transportGreeting visitors at the reception window, issuing passes and collecting documentationSupporting the health and safety team and providing general administrative assistanceTo be considered as a Sales Administrator, you will need:Strong attention to detail and good numerical and analytical skillsComputer literacy - SAP and Excel experience is advantageous, but full training is providedThe ability to work on your own initiative in a fast-paced, people-facing environmentA reliable, trustworthy approach with the ability to maintain confidentiality when requiredFlexibility to occasionally cover additional hours to meet business demandsInterested in this Sales Administrator role?
