Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
£12.85 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift

About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and fun-loving Support Worker to join our long-standing and supportive team in WR4. You'll be working in a lively house supporting five individuals aged 18-65 (three men and two women) with learning disabilities, autism, and additional mobility needs for one gentleman.
This is a warm, sociable environment where relationships between the people we support and the team are genuinely fantastic. You'll be part of a team that values teamwork, humour, continuity and meaningful connections.

Trampolining and bowling

Watching films (they're proper film buffs!)

Support needs include:
Personal care: Yes
Hoist use: Yes (for one gentleman)
Wheelchairs:
All individuals use wheelchairs when out in the community
One gentleman uses a wheelchair at all times
Support with eating: Required for one gentleman
Meal preparation: Yes
Medication administration: Yes (training provided)
Experience: Not essential - full training is provided
Family involvement:
All individuals have engaged, supportive families. Building respectful, positive relationships is a key part of the role.
What you will be doing
Your role will be varied, meaningful and focused on helping each person live safely, confidently and joyfully.
You will support with:
Personal care and daily routines
Supporting community outings and activities
Administering medication (training provided)
Preparing meals and assisting with household tasks
Hoist use for one gentleman
Wheelchair support when out and about
Encouraging independence and confidence
Building strong, positive relationships
Bringing humour, warmth and energy to every day

Shift patterns
This is a 37.5 hour role with a mixture of shifts, including sleep-ins.
Shifts include:
08:00am - 15:30pm
13:30pm - 21:00pm
10:00pm - 07:00am (Paid £50 To Sleep)
Rotas are provided in advance to support strong work-life balance.
