Pay Rate: £12.70 - £13.00 per hour

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a professional and personable Automotive Receptionist / Showroom Host to join a range of high-end dealership clients across London. This is a front-of-house position where you will be the first point of contact, delivering an exceptional customer experience in a premium showroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner


• Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately


• Supporting the sales and service teams with administrative tasks


• Maintaining a tidy, presentable, and welcoming reception area


• Ensuring all customer interactions reflect the high standards of the brand

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience within the automotive industry (essential)


• A friendly, proactive, and approachable personality


• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills


• Confidence communicating with customers in a professional environment


• A strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond
