Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Social Worker to join our well-established High Peak South Adult Social Work Team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive, long-standing team including a Team Manager, Senior Practitioner, Social Workers and Social Care Practitioners.About the Role

You will work within a generic adult social care team supporting:The role involves:You will support individuals to achieve positive outcomes, maintain independence, and lead fulfilling lives within their communities or supported accommodation.

Additional Information
