Job Description

Grant Support Executive £27,000 per annum. Location – Hybrid working split between the Foundation’s office in London and home. There are two vacancies available: one permanent position and one 12-month fixed-term position. We are the Football Foundation - the Premier League, the FA and government’s charity that delivers outstanding grassroots facilities, more and better places to play, transforming lives and communities where it is needed most. To help us with this important mission, we currently have vacancies for Grant Support Executives . Our Grant Support Executives form part of a pro-active, centralised function who support each other and work together to deliver the greatest impact wherever it’s needed the most. The role includes carrying out the assessment of capital and revenue grants; preparing and formatting assessment reports, drafting offer letters, processing claims and ensuring key information is captured within internal systems and working together as part of a united team to provide administrative support across the Foundation - always delivering high levels of customer service. About the Football Foundation Over the last 25 years, the Foundation has awarded more than 75,000 grants worth more than £1.3 billion to deliver the grassroots facilities that every community across the country needs and deserves. We would love to hear from you if you understand grant application processes and excellent customer service, coupled with knowledge of how sport can be used for community benefit. You will also need experience of administration processes, working in a varied team, and communicating with colleagues and customers remotely. We’re looking for a team player with a keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills who takes pride in delivering excellent customer and administrative service. You don’t need to follow football to apply, but it is expected that you appreciate the power of sport to change lives and have a genuine interest in using your skills and experience to help the Foundation achieve our charitable and strategic objectives. You will initially be entitled to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
