Staff Nurse - Oncology/Haematology
London, Private Care at Guy's (Part of London Bridge Hospital)
Full time - 37.5 hours per week

Salary: Competitive + Excellent benefits

We are looking for a motivated Staff Nurse to join our renowned Cancer Nursing Team at Private Care at Guy's, a state-of-the-art private cancer centre rated Outstanding by the CQC. This is a rare chance to build a specialist career in haematology and oncology, supported by world-class clinicians, structured training and exposure to ground breaking cancer treatments.

At Private Care at Guy's, we deliver care that pushes the boundaries of what's possible. Our centre brings together cutting-edge theatres, modern chemotherapy and radiotherapy units, specialist oncology and surgical wards, and a four-bed intensive care unit supporting highly complex patient pathways. We are one of the few private centres offering treatments found predominantly in leading teaching hospitals.

What truly sets us apart is our commitment to innovation. As part of our team, you'll work in a centre delivering bispecific cancer therapies and Tumour-Infiltrating Lymphocyte (TIL) therapy-two of the most advanced immunotherapy treatments available today. You will also gain exposure to robotic cancer surgery and our JACIE-accredited stem cell transplant service, supporting patients with blood cancers. This is a setting where nurses continuously learn, grow, and play a direct role in transforming patient outcomes.

As a Staff Nurse on our 20-bedded oncology/haematology inpatient ward-which includes two dedicated stem cell transplant rooms-you will support patients through every stage of their cancer journey. You'll care for adults with diverse oncology and haematology needs, from acute presentations to palliative and supportive care. Every day brings new clinical challenges, new technology, and new opportunities to develop your skills.

We understand that moving into cancer nursing is a significant step. That's why we offer robust, structured training in chemotherapy administration, full mentorship and a supportive team culture where your development truly matters. You'll gain the specialist skills and confidence you need - all while delivering exceptional care within a centre operating at the forefront of cancer treatment in the private sector.

If you're ready to grow, specialise and take the next step in your nursing career, this is the ideal place to do it.
