As a Level 3 Commis Chef Apprentice, you will support daily kitchen operations while learning essential culinary skills under the guidance of Chef Matt Mason. You'll help prepare dishes, maintain high food‑safety standards, and develop strong foundations in both classical and modern cooking as you grow into a confident junior chef.
