Apprentice Nursery Practitioner

An Apprentice Nursery Practitioner at N Family Club in Balham rotates through nursery rooms and Forest School, gaining hands-on experience in all areas of our nurseries. The apprenticeship combines Early Years training with on-the-job learning to equip you to apply for a qualified educator role within N Family. The apprenticeship is delivered at Level 2 or Level 3, depending on experience. From day one you develop your career path with us, with opportunities to pursue a managerial route or a specialist area as you grow. The role is full-time (40 hours per week), with 20% of time spent on learning. Day to day you learn to support your team in delivering basic childcare routines, deliver our learning-through-play ethos, innovate with activities to challenge children's learning and development, build and maintain excellent relationships with parents, and promote child welfare while following safeguarding procedures.
