Join Inside Global as a Level 3 Data Technician Apprentice, supporting Salesforce administration, data analytics, and automation during an 18-month apprenticeship. The apprentice administers and supports Salesforce users, including roles, profiles, and permissions, and prioritises work independently, addressing tickets in internal systems and escalating when appropriate. They assist on project work, developing new automation and business logic, and help configure system-wide changes as part of a system re-work. They attend project meetings to gain or impart knowledge on project status and to engage in declarative Salesforce development. They liaise with users to keep workflow flowing and ensure systems are efficient for end users. They help maintain GDPR compliance in a busy, fast-paced environment.
