What you will do:

• Conduct mental capacity assessments and facilitate Best Interest work.
• Complete safeguarding enquiries under section 42 of the Care Act, employing the principles of Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP).
• Engage in person-centred assessments and strength-based support planning and reviews.
• Undertake face-to-face visits within Derby city areas as required. This hybrid role will also include some office-based work.

The Derby City - South Community Support Team is seeking agency Social Worker support to join its busy and welcoming staff for a three-month period. Applicants must have recent experience with LAS - Liquid logic and be proficient in navigating it independently.
