What you will do:

• Engage directly with children, young people, and their families, establishing trusted relationships and providing tailored support.
• Conduct assessments and deliver high-quality court statements and reports.
• Support the team manager by mentoring and coaching less experienced team members.
• Encourage families and communities to be aspirational.
• Ensure interventions are managed at the lowest possible level while being high-quality and consistent.
