What you will do:

- Deliver recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions with proven expertise.
- Manage a caseload effectively and provide structured one-to-one support alongside engaging group programmes.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, ensuring risk management and safeguarding are prioritised.
- Develop robust partnerships and work collaboratively with external agencies to enhance client outcomes.
- Work confidently both independently and as part of a small, dynamic team to support individuals on their recovery journey.
- Utilise your excellent communication skills to motivate and inspire positive change in clients.

Key Experience Required:

- Solid experience in delivering recovery-focused harm reduction and psycho-social interventions.
- Proficient ability to manage a caseload and provide structured support on a one-to-one basis as well as in group settings.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting assessments, emphasising risk management and safeguarding.
- Strong skills in partnership working with the ability to effectively collaborate with external agencies.
- Proven confidence in working both independently and as a part of a small team.
