The Role This is a fast-paced environment where you will act as a key ambassador for the firm. You will balance seamless front-of-house (FOH) management with essential administrative support for a high-performing Associate team. Key responsibilities include: Managing front-of-house operations to an impeccable standard. Providing dedicated administrative assistance, including diary management, travel coordination, and expense processing. Ensuring smooth daily office logistics, from meeting room coordination to investor event support. Acting as the primary point of contact for high-profile guests and internal stakeholders. Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role , ideally within financial services or private equity.
