Executive Search Researcher

Researcher | London West End | £40,000-£60,000 DOE A well-established International Executive Search firm is seeking a Researcher to support its high-performing team.  This is a great opportunity to apply your professional services knowledge in a dynamic, project-driven environment. The role: As Researcher, you will support senior search consultants across the full project lifecycle, including: Conducting market intelligence to gather data on industry trends, compensation and competitor activity Managing the logistical details of search assignments from initial briefing through to position profile drafting Building and managing long and short lists for active mandates Market mapping: analysing competitor landscapes, organisational structures and identifying target candidates Maintaining and updating the internal candidate database About you: At least two years' experience in a relevant role; more experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply as we are currently hiring for a senior and junior researcher Background in professional services (legal, accountancy or similar) — either in a recruitment, business development or client-facing capacity Strong analytical and research skills with excellent attention to detail Degree educated Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously Confident communicator, both written and verbal If you are an experienced Researcher or professional services professional looking to transition into executive search, please submit your CV today. *Seeker Recruitment is acting as an employment agency for this role.*
