Personal specification:- At least 6-12 months’ experience as a sales negotiator within residential estate agency
- Knowledge of the local area (desirable)
- Sales driven
- Assertive, confident, friendly & genuine
- Professional telephone manner
- Full UK driving licence.
The salary package for this sales negotiator role will be in the region of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on experience, plus a car allowance or use of pooled car. Benefits include 24 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, a day off for your birthday, team commission, social events, and more!
