We are currently looking for a Facilities Assistant to join a Compliance firm which are based in the City. This role is working 7am-4pm and is paying the hourly equivalent of 35k. This is an immediate temp to perm role as the previous employee has progressed to an internal role. This company has 80 employees which will be growing to over 100 and has lots of opportunity for ambitious employees. This role would be suitable for someone outgoing and confident who is happy for front of house duties. The role Daily setup of the office, ensuring all areas are clear, safe, equipment is functioning and ready for use Assist in maintaining a tidy, presentable, and well-organised office spaces, meeting rooms, and communal areas Monitor and restock office supplies, coffee machines and kitchen items Help maintain office records, checklists and access permits Overseeing office and catering deliveries Keep back of house (stock/stationary/comms cupboards) orderly and functional Act as a point of contact for general facilities queries General office support tasks and errands The person Front of House of experience Immediately available and happy with an early start Outgoing and confident
