Job Description
Are you a creative thinker who wants to use your design skills for something meaningful? MINDSET Charity is a brand-new initiative focused on helping men improve their mental wellbeing, build confidence, and live happier, more fulfilling lives. We already have a logo — but now we need someone to help bring the full brand to life. That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a volunteer Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity of MINDSET . From developing a cohesive brand style to creating engaging content for social media, campaigns, and resources — your work will play a key role in how we connect with and support men. This is a chance to build something from the ground up, where your creativity will directly influence how the charity is seen, felt, and remembered. What you’ll be doing: Developing a strong and consistent brand identity to complement our existing logo. Designing graphics for social media, campaigns, and digital content. Helping create a visual style that feels approachable, supportive, and empowering. Contributing ideas on how we can better engage men through design. What we’re looking for: Someone creative, reliable, and open to collaboration. Experience with graphic design tools (such as Adobe, Canva, or similar). An interest in mental wellbeing, personal development, or social impact. A willingness to help shape something new and meaningful. You don’t need to have worked with a charity before — just bring your skills, ideas, and a genuine desire to make a difference. In return, you’ll gain: Real experience building a brand from scratch. A strong portfolio piece with real-world impact. The chance to be part of a supportive, purpose-driven team. The opportunity to help change how men approach mental wellbeing. If you want your creativity to mean something — not just look good — this is your chance. Join MINDSET and help us build a brand that truly speaks to men. Interested? Get in touch and let’s create something that matters.
